On Sunday, December 8, 2019, St. Joseph and Holy Family School were each recognized with the Catalyst for Change Award for creating a spark for change in integration. 

The award was presented at a special event by the Huntsville/Madison County Rosa Parks Committee, the Ivy Center of Huntsville and the Madison County Foundation, Inc.
