The demolition of the old St. Joseph School / Holy Family School begins on Monday, August 25. Preparations fo rthe demolition have been underway since July 1, with the cleanout of the building conducted between January 1 and July 1.

The demolition will take from four to six weeks and should be completed by October 1. The parking area in front of the old school, along with the road in front of the Columbarium, will be closed during the demolition. Once completed, the parking area will be reopened until Phase 2 construction begins in late spring of 2026. 

For those who attended St. Joseph School or Holy Family School it is a bittersweet time, one of sadness to see an old friend go but one of excitement for what will replace it.
