During the cleanout of Holy Family School (HFS) to prepare for demolition, many items were identified for sale to parishioners, parents, neighbors and supporters. Many were purchased but some remained unclaimed.

Mr. Michael Petersen organizied an effort to find homes for these items, which included HVAC systems, lighting, whiteboards, shelving and projectors. They were salvaged intact and went to the following organizations:

• Rocket City Wing of the Commemorative Air Force
• U.S. Veterans Memorial Museum
• Redstone Model Railroad Club
• Grandmother and Grandson Hobby Shed

Some of our subcontractors took ifaucets and plumbing supplies. Other parishioers took sound system equipment and speakers.

Members of Fite Contruction took the remaining lockers for Cullman Christian School.

All of these items live on to preserve the legacy of St. Joseph School / Holy Family School.
