An Introduction to Centering Prayer retreat will be held at the Benedictine Sisters Retreat Center in Cullman, January 18-20, 2019. 

This form of Christian prayer is rooted in the ancient Christian contemplative tradition and is intended to foster a deeper intimacy with Christ.  Private rooms and the ability to maintain silence are required.
