If you think God might be calling you to the priesthood, but you have questions about discernment, seminary life, or life as a Priest, join us for a Priestly Discernment Weekend, February 21-23, 2020.  

This event is hosted by the Diocese of Birmingham Office of Vocations and will be held at Casa Maria Retreat Center in Irondale.

The weekend begins Friday evening and continues through lunch Sunday. Fr. John McDonald will be the retreat master for the weekend. Currently the pastor of Sacred Heart Parish in Anniston, Fr. McDonald recently completed his tenure as the Carl J. Peter Chair of Homiletics at the North American College in Rome.  Also joining us will be Fr. Rick Chenault, Vicar for Vocations, Fr. Josh Altonji, Assistant Vocations Director, and seminarians of the diocese.
